Dr. Charles Mitzelfeld (Dr. Chuck) is proud to welcome aboard two new doctors to the health care team here at Foundation Chiropractic. Dr. Grant Schneider is the treating physician for our Juno Beach office. Dr. Shanele Lundahl is the treating physician for the West Palm Beach office. Dr. Chuck and the staff at Foundation Chiropractic are excited about the knowledge and expertise these two doctors bring to our patient base. As many of you know I have been battling multiple injuries from a auto accident and have been unable to adjust patience. I am still very involved in the day to day affairs of the office and am available to all the doctors for consultation.
